Terms of Service SVLM Thailand providing room to Co-Broker
Co-Broker Agreement Terms & Conditions
1. Leasing Commission:

SVLM Thailand provides units for leasing. The Co-Broker will receive a commission of 0.5 months' rent for successfully bringing a customer to lease a unit.
The commission will be paid after the customer has fully paid the agreed amount, and the leasing contract is executed.
The Co-Broker is responsible for following up on all payments due from the Lessee until the full amount is received.
2. Contract Support Responsibilities:

The Co-Broker agrees to provide priority support in coordinating with all relevant parties during the leasing contract's active period.
This includes assisting in resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.
3. Second-Year Commission:

If the leasing contract is extended for a second year, the Co-Broker will receive half of the original 0.5 months' commission.
However, if SVLM Thailand did not provide any service-related support during the first year, the Co-Broker will not be eligible for a second-year commission.
4. Move-In Process and Services:

SVLM Thailand retains responsibility for managing all move-in processes, including:
Cleaning services
Handyman services
Inspection for defects
Any other services required
Any costs incurred, such as repairs or cleaning, will be charged to the Lessee and will be deducted from their deposit or billed as an extra charge under SVLM Thailand’s service agreements.
