Lessee register & services request

The Lessee agrees to comply with the terms of the lease agreement while residing in the unit and acknowledges the conditions outlined in the signed contract.

SVLM Thailand serves as the representative coordinating between the Lessor and the Lessee. SVLM Thailand agrees to provide support services throughout the contract period until its expiration.

The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that the security deposit is non-refundable if the contract is terminated before the agreed expiration date, as stated in the lease agreement.

The Lessee acknowledges that the security deposit does not cover cleaning fees or any damages incurred after contract termination. The Lessee accepts that SVLM Thailand will handle the move-out process, and the total charges will be the Lessee's responsibility. Additionally, the Lessee remains responsible for the water and electricity bills up until the move-out date.

The Lessee agrees to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Juristic Office (CJP). If the Lessee violates the building policies and is fined by the CJP, the Lessee agrees to pay the penalty as stated in the CJP's billing notice.
